What this is

Channel Foundry is a private publishing tool operated for its owner's own YouTube channels. There is no public service, no sign-up and no support commitment to any third party. These terms describe the terms under which it exists and is used.

Acceptable use

• The tool is used only to publish content the operator has produced or has the right to publish, to channels the operator owns.
• It is used in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and YouTube's community guidelines.
• It is not used to upload content that infringes anyone's rights, misleads viewers, or violates YouTube policy.

Third-party services

Publishing happens through YouTube API Services. The operator's relationship with Google and YouTube is governed by those services' own terms, and this tool adds nothing to and takes nothing from them.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may fail to upload, or upload something other than what was intended, and the operator is responsible for checking what was published — as they would be publishing by hand.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this tool, including lost revenue, removed videos, or action taken by YouTube against a channel.

Changes

These terms may change; the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continued use after a change means the change is accepted.
